5. Don't Starve
Don't Starve is a very clever game that uses the logic of life and survival in the rough environment, with some references that always make me laugh, such as the poop that does wonders.
Overall, this game is good but only deserves a ranking of 5.
4. The Cave
The Cave is a pretty neat game, with adventuring fun and multiple ways to 'play' your game. It is very fun to replay it at home on a rainy day when my driveway is flooded (yes I play Basketball) to find that the game is pretty short and only entertains for an hour or 2, so this Indie comes in at 4
3. Happy Wars
Happy Wars is a fun game, but also very overrated by some people that play it oftenly. It has a nice, cute combat feature that you can only get on Xbox Live, with limited classes but fun mechanics. It still has me addicted and still has gamers hooked. Despite the poor reviews, the game still attracts many people including me.
2. Castle Crashers
2. Castle Crashers
I'm not sure what's with me enjoying all these cute and colorful indie games such as Happy Wars, and Minecraft. And, it seems that Castle Crashers has joined the list. The awesome gameplay and story mode really caught my eye.
1. Minecraft
Well, you guys are probably saying, "Minecraft is not an indie game!" Well you are wrong. Yes yes I know, Mojang made a huge profit off of Minecraft probably not being an indie developer, but in all seriousness, Minecraft is an indie game and all that matters is that the game is awesome.
Anyways, that's it for this weeks Top 5 Friday! Stay tuned for tomorrow for Classic Saturday!
